Assistant Manager Sales - Low Voltage Products Division.


This position is Lahore Based with 05-07 years of experience, Age not more than 32 years. Remuneration would be PKR 65,000 - 80,000 / - along with standard perks plus 1000cc vehicle.


Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell the organisation’s products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.

2. Key activities may include developing new and potential business, marketing, customer retention, advertising, and pricing and distribution sales strategies.

3. Visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organisation;

4. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

5. Respond to more complex enquiries of existing customers.

6. Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

7. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

8. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

9. Develop long-term sales plans for key customers & accounts and monitor & adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.

10. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans

11. Prioritise and schedule own activities to meet given business targets.

12. Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve the sales targets of own BU.

Supply Chain Manager – Job Description

· Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

· Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
· Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
· Develop a long term demand plan, increasing availability while reducing distribution costs
· Review the current systems and practices, and make strategic recommendations for improved processes going forward including production introductions, order and supplier management, inventory management and distribution servicing, supporting financial management goals
· Review order processing systems across regional Business Offices
· Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators and circulate to key teams
· Manage inventory budgets and strive for increased cost efficiency
· Manage all changes in operating processes in order to optimize capability
· Review and ensure best practice in inventory management

Project Manager - JD

The incumbent will be responsible for providing GSM Maintenance Service effectively & efficiently and within the policies and objectives of client in order to insure the proper operation of the GSM Network.

The scope of the work of the department covers:

Preventive Maintenance through regular checks and tests in order to detect potential problems and then implement appropriates solutions. Corrective Maintenance through interventions in order to remedy for existing faulty operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To provide the above mentioned scope of work while in accordance with Operator’s Operational plans.
  2. To define operational procedures in order to standardize regular operational steps.
  3. To improve the standardized operational procedures within the Maintenance processes through regular monitoring and supervision of the field operation. The operational procedures are then constantly improved and updated.
  4. To increase work productivity by adapting time saving methods and through the optimization of the usage of tools and equipment. A record of all tools and equipment handled by the department is constantly monitored.
  5. To collaborate with other technical departments through regular inter-department communication and mutual support.
  6. To provide support to the Business Development Department by supplying all necessary technical data.
  7. Any other task/responsibility assigned by the department manager.



Job Specification:

Academics & Professional Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or equivalent from a reputable university.(BE Electrical/Electronics)

2) Short course in Computer Sciences

Work Experience

5-7 years experience in the same capacity

Knowledge & Competencies:

Effective communication skills

Effective facilitation skills

Fluency in English & Urdu

Ability & flexibility to interact with staff at all levels within the organization

Ability to work long hours
