Anyone who fulfill following conditions can vote in elections in Pakistan.
1. Registered in the Electoral Roll of that Area.
2. Age not less than 18 years on the first day of January of that year.
3. Mentally Sound.
4. Have a valid National Identity Card to present at the Poling Station on Election Day.
